Problem 1: not enough high-intent traffic

Check Search Console before redesigning blindly. If important service pages receive few impressions, the issue may be search coverage or authority. Build useful pages around the actual services and locations customers search for, then strengthen internal links and Google Business Profile alignment.

Problem 2: the page does not match the search

If someone searched for leak detection and lands on a generic plumbing homepage, they still need to work out whether you solve their problem. Specific landing pages reduce that friction for both organic and paid traffic.

Problem 3: the first screen is vague

A local-service visitor should quickly see what you do, where you operate and how to contact you. Brand slogans can support the message, but they cannot replace it.

Problem 4: not enough trust

Real reviews, project photos, recognisable business details, clear process, genuine credentials and transparent contact information reduce risk. Avoid fake counters, invented testimonials and generic stock proof.

Problem 5: mobile contact is awkward

Test the website on a phone with one hand. Can the user call, WhatsApp or request a quote without hunting? Local searches often happen in exactly that context.

Problem 6: nothing is measured

Track the actions that represent intent, then record which enquiries were qualified. Without measurement, a business can spend months debating colours while missing the actual source of lost leads.
